At Naveed Jewellers, we take pride in offering 100% genuine gold and certified diamond jewellery. Because our pieces involve precious metals tied to the daily gold rate in Pakistan, our policy ensures transparency for all our valued clients.

1. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds once a purchase is finalized. This is a standard practice in the Lahore jewellery market due to:

  • Daily fluctuations in international and local gold market rates.

  • The high cost of bespoke and customized jewellery craftsmanship.

  • Precise valuation standards for precious stones and metals.

2. Gold Jewellery Exchange Policy

You may exchange your gold jewellery under the following conditions:

  • Original Invoice: Must be presented at our Lahore showroom.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original state.

  • Valuation: The exchange value is calculated based on the current gold rate in Pakistan at the time of the transaction.

  • Deductions: Making charges (Karigari) and taxes are non-refundable. Final value is subject to a physical inspection by our experts.

3. Diamond Jewellery Exchange

  • Evaluation: Diamond pieces are subject to a rigorous quality and weight inspection.

  • Certification: All original laboratory certificates must be returned.

  • Custom Pieces: Specially ordered diamond designs are not eligible for exchange.

  • Management Approval: Final exchange value is determined based on the current market value of diamonds.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Custom-made or bespoke bridal sets.

  • Personalized engraved jewellery.

  • Items resized or altered at the customer’s request.

  • Sale or promotional items.

5. Delivery & Shipping (Lahore & Beyond)

  • Payment: 100% advance payment is required for all online/delivery orders.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect their jewellery upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to Naveed Jewellers within 24 hours.

6. Showroom Pickup

For your security, we encourage the “Book & Collect” option. You can reserve your piece online and collect it from our Lahore showroom to ensure a perfect fit and immediate inspection.

7. Policy Updates

Naveed Jewellers reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in the gold market or company policy without prior notice.
